Return & Exchange Policy

At Deity, we always ensure that all our Hair products are processed and treated well so that our valuable Customers receives only the best. However, in some case if you are not satisfied with the Hair received, please contact immediately to the concern person of our team whom you deal with, within stipulated time. We would be happy to assist and suggest with the issues. Please note that we do not offer refunds on the products purchased, instead we will be offering an exchange with the following conditions.

Terms and Conditions :

• All issue products should be notified to us via E-Mail or Whats App within 7 days from the date of receipt.
• Please ensure that the return product should not be used, it should be original packed condition.
• Upon complete verification of the return item, as in original packed condition, exchange process will be done asap.
• All of the Shipping costs and Custom duties will be paid only by customer.

Kindly note that the Products purchased at the time of Offer Sale, or Custom order are not Returnable nor exchangeable. The same will not be entertained.
